The trail starts at Arou village and you can find detailed tour information on the signs at the beginning of the trail. The 1.25-kilometer trail is in superb condition and an ideal place for family hiking. The first part of the path is paved with stone stairs, which are followed by a dirt road. The slow slope with shading provided by trees along the way makes the hiking easy. You can enjoy the tranquility on paths dotted with ferns, butterfly lilies, Chinese taros, and bamboo forest along the way. The downward slope is also in good condition, which makes walking easy. No wonder the trail is a popular hiking route for local residents.
