Introduction

Sanying Longyao Bridge stretches above Yingge River and connects the bicycle trails of New Taipei City and Taoyuan City together in order to provide citizens with a more convenient and safer recreational network to travel between Taoyuan and New Taipei City and enjoy the pleasure of biking. Whether you are heading for Sanying Neverland, Ceramics Museum or the Ceramics Old Street, these outstanding recreational locations are connected together by "Sanying Longyao Bridge". Visitors can ride along the road starting from "Sanying Longyao Bridge" heading for Sanying Heart Space Arts District. Visitors can also climb up to the summit of Sanying Heart, which is 15 meters high, to gaze at the attractive sceneries of Yingge.

Yingge Train Station

“Yingge Station” used to be the coal transfer hub in the past. Coal produced in Sanxia were loaded here and transported to other areas. The valuable relics of the coal transporting platform preserved until today can be seen in the station.This section of “Yingge Station” was used to allow coal to be loaded directly onto freighters, and is the only surviving relic in Taiwan.

Tamsui Church

A fter Dr. Mackay arrived in Tamsui, he began missionary work and Tamsui became the origin of Presbyterian Church in Northern Taiwan. The church has a Gothic feel to it, with the glazed windows, bell tower, pointed arches and spires. The brickwork is exceptional, too. Since it was established in 1933, there has not been any dilapidation, and it is still a place where people go for service.
