Introduction

Yulon City is the first large-scale shopping center in Xindian District, invested and developed by the Yulon Group, and its original site was the Yulon Motor Xindian Plant. Yulon City officially opened at the end of September 2023. The entire building has 7 floors above ground and 3 floors below ground, with a total operating area of 33,000 pings (approx. 109,000 square meters), housing nearly 250 brands, making it the largest shopping center in New Taipei City. Yulon City collaborates with Eslite Spectrum and Vieshow Cinemas, combined with Yulon's affiliated businesses, to create a tasteful community that integrates emotion, delicious food, humanities, nature, and environmental protection.

Asia's Largest Eslite Spectrum
B1 to 4F of Yulon City is occupied by Eslite Spectrum, with an operating area of 19,000 pings (approx. 63,000 square meters), making it Eslite's largest shopping center in Asia. The center features a public street designed with a cross axis, composed of a series of 12-meter giant arches to create a transparent shopping space. The use of solemn red bricks and light wood materials creates a refined atmosphere. The Eslite Bookstore on the 4th floor even has a 30-meter high atrium to draw in natural light, allowing light and shadow to flow among the books. The 5th floor is the mall self-operated by Yulon, and the 6th to 7th floors are Vieshow Cinemas, providing one-stop shopping and leisure.
