Introduction

Noodles in a crock pot ﬁrst appeared on Jianshanpu Road and they have since moved to the second ﬂoor food court in Pottery Building (Taoguan) on Chongcing Road. This is as close to a local delicacy as you can ﬁnd in Yingge and it is the perfect treat after exploring the shops on ﬁrst ﬂoor. Among the Crock Pot Noodles shop are numerous other old-style restaurants creating an overall traditional atmosphere.
