Introduction
Guangming Eat Street is located near Bitan. Up and down the road are snack shops. Half-way on the street is a shop that sells oily rice that just about every Xindian citizen recognizes as tasty. The flavorful Guangming brand-name sticky rice is slathered in oil and topped with dried fluffy pork and stirred with a sweet sauce. The first bite is salivary followed by a complicated array of flavors that transform intoan after taste that echos a variety of flavors. Also prepared are such favorites as big vats of stir-fry noodles and vermicelli noodles, flavorful pig’s blood soup and meat stew.
