Introduction
There are in particular two shops that sell Calamari Stew in Sanchong Night Market diagonally across the street Minghong Clam Consommé. The shop is larger thus easy to find. At the present address the owners have 30 years of experience selling the delicacy, along with rice vermicelli and stewed ground pork on rice. Their original flavor iscalamari in clear soup sprinkled with a crunchy green onion cake of that teases out the subtle flavor of the calamari.
