Introduction

The ingredient of this dish is taken from Shiding’s black pig’s feet, the texture of which is tender and full of collagen. It is first brewed with soybean sauce, and then steamed to maintain the original juices o the meat. After that, it is fried to give the skin its crispy and yet not greasy taste.
