Dexing Residence is the inventor of tofu ice cream. With a slight touch of scorching aroma, tofu ice cream is creamy and smooth. It comes with a variety of ﬂavors, while tofu, caramel and sesame are more popular. The comic books and postcards drawn by Teacher Yen Song-Tao are also available for sale.

Granny’s Plum Juice

When it gets hot, have a glass of iced plum juice as it is the best way to quench your thirst. Granny's Plum Juice uses dried plums and they are marinated for three months. After spice, perilla, rosella tea, and 17 other herbs are added, it is then brewed in a clay pot over a small fire and finally turns into a sweet and sour drink.

A-Gei

A-ge is the abbreviation of fried tofu in Japanese. Steamed with stuffed mince pork, braised crystal noodles and sealed with fish paste, it is served with specially blended sweet and sour sauce.
